For so many years, I've followed the same exercise/training regiment that I learned in high school ... visiting a "weight lifting" gym and having a singular focused workout. After nearly 20 years of that same routine, I became bored and unmotivated and sought something that could take me out of my exercise rut ... something that was motivating, multifunctional, and enjoyable. Earlier this year, I found what I was searching for at BACH, Nathan, Morgan, Jamaal, Jermaine and the team do a fantastic job of creating an environment with a community feel with workouts that prepare you to better navigate the adventures that an active life can bring (e.g. BACH was the only training I had leading up to submitting Cotopaxi, a volcano reaching 19,400 feet above sea level!) If somebody's bored within their current routine and needs a workout replacement or supplement, I would highly recommend giving BACH a try.
One of the classiest studios in Atlanta, with classes led by exceptional trainers who practice what they preach. No judgment, only inspiration, not just to work hard, but to live right and value things that really matter in life. BACH is all about creating a tightly-knit community within Buckhead that is warm and welcoming even when you are brand new to the studio.
BACH truly is my second home! I've been a member since their first week open and I have never looked back. So thankful for the amazing trainers and staff who treat me like family.

BACH is the best workout in Atlanta, hands down! I have been a member here for about 10 months and after belonging to many other gyms, and for the first time my body is truly changing. I am stronger than I've ever been, and I actually look forward to the workouts. The trainers are so motivating and knowledgeable about health and fitness. I just love everything about this place!

In my honest opinion, BACH is the best HIIT Gym in Atlanta. I love how their verision of HIIT is HIST or High Intensity Strength Training with a focus on the strengthening side of Interval Training. You get your calorie burn through muscular fatigue, not killing yourself with cardio. That isnt the best part though! The reason I am making the drive to BACH instead of going somewhere else is the people. BACH has a great staff from top to bottom that foster a warm friendly environment while still challenging you to better yourself.

Our unique High Intensity strength training prepares you for whatever life has to throw your way. We pride ourselves on functional athletic movement that promotes strength, speed, agility, and body alignment. We split our days into upper body, lower body, and full body respectively, and a balanced schedule means you are never overtraining. Want the body of an athlete? Train like one.
Escape the hustle bustle of life, by connecting your mind, body, and breath. Bodywork focuses on deep stretching, balancing, core strength, and functional body weight movements. With elements of Pilates, and biomechanical stretching, our 85Deg infrared heated room will be sure to give you a full body workout in just 45 min.
Building upon the functionality of our HIST and BodyWork classes, Stretch² is our functional recovery tool. The movement we undertake, requires some muscles to contract and others to lengthen. Trigger points can make a muscle reluctant to do either. Trigger point massage works extremely well for myofascial pain, and an increased mobilization through your joints.
